Welcome to my Weight Loss Journey...
THIS IS A FOOD DIARY. THIS IS MY STRUGGLES WITH FOOD, EXERCISE, DIET PILLS, DRUGS, ECT.

I didn't think I wanted to say anything about myself here, but I find I need this journal more and more. I lost most of my weight last year due to an addiction to coke. I was going clean for about 12 months now(had a small relapse as of 4/15/06). But that also means I have gained a lot of it back, through depression and pure laziness. I have a 4 1/2 year old son who means the world to me. I'm back on my own, new apartment, new job, new boyfriend. I've grown up. This is mostly a weight-loss journey, but it may turn into more.
If you are full of good wishes, add me. I try to do the same. Or if you'd just like a friend, I am always on the look out for those...
